What's She Dressed as This Time?

We've seen her as a sexy bunny, a sexy cop and a sexy cave woman, but what's this costume supposed to be?We caught the heiress out in this black and red number the day after Halloween, so we're not even sure it's a costume. Is she just in her "regular" clothes here?
Oh, Paris, this is definitely a costume fail...or an outfit fail...either way it's not good.
