The funnyman and the former child star were spotted karaokeing together Saturday night at LA's Brass Monkey. But this wasn't the first time they were together, Us reports that the new pair was caught snogging at Chateau Marmont and the Dresden Room!

Although Jason's rep claims they're just friends, a source tells the mag their relationship is more like "friends with benefits!"
