I know it hasn't exactly been warm in La La Land the past couple of days, but this is what Fergie Ferg decides to wear? Thank god for that splash of color around her neck! I don't mind the sandals, but can The Dutchess pull off sunglasses at night?
We also spotted her hubby Josh out and about in LA during the day. A sexy guy for a talented girl!
