Heather Locklear Signs Plea Deal In DUI Case

Remember that nasty DUI Locklear was accused of in Santa Barbara back on Sept. 28 and subsequently charged? We'll she got out of it today with a $700 fine and a 12-hour drug education program and three years' probation.Locklear, through her attorney Blair Berk, agreed to a plea deal today in a Santa Barbara courthouse.
