In "Denial"???

Although she's been denying it all over town, is Lindsay just in denial about the true end of her relationship?

Page Six seems to think so!

According to a source, "Sam broke up with Lindsay but she is completely in denial about it."

Well, if that's true, then Lindsay's recent behavior is just, well, sad.

Although she doesn't seem too sad, Lindz has apparently been spending time with Sean Penn (again) to help her get over the heartbreak...or to help her forget it ever happened!
