Britney Spears spears3120108_04_X17.jpg Britney Spears will reportedly cancel her upcoming tour if Kevin Federline's attorneys continue to block an agreement allowing her to take the kids with her while she's on the road, according to TMZ.

Britney, her father Jamie and K-Fed have been trying to work things out for weeks, and the initial plan called for "home bases" in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. You see, little Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in one of these three spots, and Brit would commute back and forth while doing shows in each part of the country. Makes sense, right?

Well, as with most things Britney related, here's the problem: Brit, K-Fed and Jamie worked out the arrangement without the help of any lawyers, and when K-Fed's legal team found out about the plan they were not pleased. Sources tell TMZ K-Fed's lawyers object to the plan but won't say why, and K-Fed apparently "doesn't have the cojones to stand up to his lawyers."

Think Brit would cancel her tour just to make a point?
