Well those are pretty sexy slingbacks, but I'm sure this guy was just staring at Lisa Rinna's amazing bod! She may have had a little work done, but it's pretty obvious that the 45-year-old spends a lot of time at the gym too - you don't get legs like that from a doctor's office!

Of course, Lisa Rinna was at a pre-Oscar gifting suite in Beverly Hills yesterday, and she showed off her own goodies and scored some from Jimmy Choo at the same time.
