Nicollette Sheridan went to the Ivy last night for dinner, and an X17online source at the restaurant tells us that the now ex-Desperate Housewife was there with rumored fling/ladykiller David Spade! When the two were finished, David snuck out the back entrance while Nic braved the hordes of paps on the Robertson side of the building.

We know these two have been out together before, but getting dinner somewhere like this is a pretty big statement, especially this close to V-Day!
