Jamie Spears: Brit Was In Contact With Sam And Adnan, Sam Is A "Predator"

Yesterday, Britney Spears' dad Jamie testified for nearly 90 minutes about why he felt a long-term restraining order against Sam Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib and attorney John Eardley was necessary. According to the Associated Press, Jamie called Sam a "predator" and accused him of grinding up medication and putting it in Brit's food, adding that his daughter's former manager was a "danger" to the family. Of Sam, Jamie said, "We asked him to go away. He agreed to go away. I just want the man to go away."

Jamie also revealed that his security detail confiscated a prepaid cell phone from Britney last month, and it was discovered that the pop princess attempted to call Sam, and both his and Adnan's numbers were in the phone. Jamie said Britney told him the phone was given to her at a hotel by someone who said it was from Sam and Adnan. As you may already know, Brit has a cell phone, but her father controls her access to it and monitors her every move.

Is it fair that Jamie controls Brit's phone calls like this? I know he's her conservator, but being a 27-year-old and not having the freedom to do anything without being watched must be incredibly frustrating...
