Oops She Did It Again!

Britney was spotted driving her new Mini Cooper around Los Angeles last night with her bodyguard, and we've totally got a case of deja vu here. Maybe it's the crazy look in her eyes, or the fact that she's behind the wheel again, but this photo is eerily reminiscent of the Britney of yesteryear!
