In some not-so-nice news, Access Hollywood reports that Usher's wife Tameka Foster is currently in Brazil and has "experienced complications from plastic surgery."

Her hubby therefore canceled his performance at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party to be by his wife's side... Josh Groban will take his place on stage.

Hope the mom's okay and that it's nothing serious! Wonder what surgery she was getting?
