Ever the dutiful husband, Usher remains in Brazil to visit his wife Tameka, who is still in the Sirio-Libanes Hospital in Sao Paulo recovering from a cardiac arrest that occured during a plastic surgery procedure over one week ago.

Usher Although he's spent much of his time at the hospital with Tameka, it looks like he's still able to see a bit of Brazil, walking around Sao Paulo's Jardins neighborhood and doing a little shopping with a pal.

We certainly hope Tameka's condition is improving, and our hearts go out to their young children who have to be without their mom!
