Little Isaiah and little Noah just left the hospital moments ago! The event was heavily guarded by police and hospital security - an X17 photographer described the chaos to X17online:

"There were thousands of police around and tons of people from the hospital. Nadya had at least 7 or 8 people with her - just in her entourage. She had three black SUV's - one the drive in front and behind her as they escorted her home. Once we were leaving the Bellflower jurisdiction, the police escort on the ground dropped off and then she was picked up by three police helicopters following overhead!"

Our photographer tells us there were video and still cameras inside, documenting the entire event. And when the babies and Nadya finally made their exit, hospital security covered the trio with blankets and none of the photographers or other media outside were able to get any shots. But that didn't stop the paps from trying, as the motocade made it's way to Nadya's La Habra home ... our photographer tells X17online:

"Each time the SUV's stopped at a red light, all the photographers jumped out of their cars to flash throw the windows of Octomom's car. It was a total mess but no one could really see anything because the babies were covered up."

The Insider is reporting both babies weighed in at 5 1/2 pounds.

They'll be joining their six older brothers and sisters, while leaving their six birth-mates behind at the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Bellflower.

Good luck to Nadya and the kids and good luck to little Noah and Isaiah!
