Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, asked the judge for a continuance just now, postponing his client's arraignment until April 6th (at 8:30 am). No plea has been entered yet.

Brown waived his right to be present at the following hearing.

Rihanna's attorney was also present - her legal team did not request a "no-contact" order to be issued.

The judge also told Brown that he "cannot annoy, harass, threaten or commit violence against anyone" during this time.
