It's not like there was a pinata and cake, but Chris Brown was at the bar at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, so one can only assume that he was throwing a few back and -- wait a sec...he's only 19! What the heck was he doing at a bar!?

Chris and his bodyguards were spotted leaving the hotel around 3:45am, and we have a pretty good idea where he went after that...
