Despite the fact that he's charged with two felonies, In Touch Weekly is reporting that Brown - spotted outside his hotel room door at The Beverly Hills Hotel - was "laughing and joking around" with bodyguards at 1:20 pm today...

A hotel guest on the scene claims the bodyguard asked Chris if he was nervous, to which he responded: "It's all good. I'm not sweating it."

Ugh, WTF? Can't he at least be serious about this? It's not everyday you're charged with a felony!
