According to the Chicago Sun Times, Chris Brown has brokered a 10 million dollar deal with Rihanna, which includes the couple teaming up to write a book about their experiences with abuse (I guess they'd know) as well as a 10 million dollar penalty clause if Brown so much as "squeezes her arm the wrong way," a source tells the paper.

Dubbed "Project Mea Culpa" by Brown's team, the effort to rehab Brown's image will apparently involve the couple co-authoring a book that details Brown's increasingly violent behavior towards Rihanna, consulting experts for help on dealing with this problem, and appearing on various talk shows to speak directly to the public.

''Obviously this is a public relations campaign, but it only will work if there's genuine healing, contrition and a path to preventing future problems...It's another example of trying to turn a bad situation into something good...where people can learn to change habits,'' said the paper's Insider.

This gels with what X17online's source, who claims to be close to Chris' family, told us when the couple was in Miami, that "Chris and rihanna are working on a business deal together."

But is a 10 million dollar penalty and the harsh eye of the public enough for Rihanna to take him back after what he's done?

And will her fans ever accept her decision?
