Notes from the police report have hit the web, and Fox 11 in Los Angeles has some frightening details from the night Chris allegedly beat Rihanna.

As it's been reported before, the fight began after Rihanna found a text on Chris' phone from another woman. Rihanna became angry and got into a heated discussion with Chris, who then tried to force her out of his rented silver Lamborghini. Chris then allegedly slammed Rihanna's head against the passenger side window, and when she turned to face him, Chris punched her in the face, and continued to strike her as he drove through the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles.

The notes also indicate that Rihanna's mouth was filled with blood, which splattered on her Gucci dress as well as the inside of the sports car. Chris told Rihanna: "I'm going to beat the sh*t out of you when we get home. You wait and see," and Rihanna subsequently left a message for her assistant that said, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there." An enraged Chris then told Rihanna, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you."

Chris continued to hit and bite Rihanna, and at one point, he even put her in a headlock, which caused her to nearly lose consciousness.
