We snapped the first shots of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's two-month-old daughter Seraphina Rose today, and we have to say, she is absolutely adooooorable!

The fam was at Violet's preschool in Santa Monica a few hours ago, and after looking at these pictures, we're practically melting - this was soooo worth the wait!
