Remember the fan that Chris Brown's bodyguard attacked at the gym on Friday afternoon? The man and his young son spotted the R&B star playing basketball, and after they snapped a picture of Chris, his bodyguard went bananas. Even though the man told us he thought the bodyguard was going to "kill him," he said he wouldn't press charges and he just wanted to move on.

Well, it looks like he's changed his mind! The man (who tore cartilage in his knee) told X17online exclusively that after being assaulted by Brown's bodyguard, he IS going to take legal action. Since the bodyguard is likely an employee, the blame could very well fall on Chris...
