Well, ready or not, a deal could be in place as early as next week, according to Us.

Her attorney, Jeff Czech, says Nadya has been fielding offers from a number of production companies for all types of shows. "Nadya has been interested in, and hoping to find, something not so intrusive to the family and babies while, at the same time, [something to] sort of focus on trying to make a little income for herself," Czech said.

Emphasis on "income." Since firing her volunteer nannies, OctoMom's been relying on state funded programs to help pay for her children's needs, as well as the kindness of strangers (via her own website.) I guess she figures it's time to make those babies pay for themselves.

A dating show for a mother-of-14? Sounds like something right up VH1's alley!
