Sam Lutfi Ordered To Stay Away From Britney...Again

Yesterday a judge ruled that Britney Spears' former friend/manager Sam Lutfi must stay at least 100 yards away from her and her two sons. LA Superior Court Commissioner Aviva Bobb also prohibited Lutfi from contacting Britney in any way and from filing legal papers on her behalf.

Lutfi’s attorney Bryan Freedman told the media that he would appeal the decision and added, “Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been issued against someone who did nothing more than answer a cry for help."

Commissioner Bobb also issued a second restraining order against attorney Jon Eardley, which (like Lutfi's) will expire in 2012.
