It's been a while since we've seen Miley Cyrus and BFF Mandy Jiroux out and about, but last night the girls were spotted in Hollywood clearly having a good time. Don't worry, we're sure Mandy got Miley home at a reasonable hour...after all, the 16-year-old Disney princess must have a curfew, right?
