gossip girl leggings tuxedo shirt shoes

I love all things Gossip Girl, so it's really hard for me to say anything negative about the lovely and talented Blake Lively, but I'm having mixed feelings about her outfit. Were sparkly leggings and a long white tunic a good idea? My first impression was that this is a cute, youthful getup, but I dunno...after staring at it for a few minutes I can't decide!
