llohan050909_01x200.jpg Yesterday afternoon, a burglar alarm went off at Lindsay Lohan's house, and police found evidence of "a potential break-in and ransacking." However, upon closer inspection, officers found out that the mess was uh, just the way things are at casa de Lohan!

The Associated Press reports that the alarm company called the police to alert them that someone had tripped an alarm at the house around 3 p.m. Regarding the rat's nest inside, one officer asked, "Is it normally like this, or did the intruders do it?", but after checking out Lindsay's pad, police determined that no one entered the home or stole anything.

As you know, Lindsay and Ali are in Europe right now. Maybe they should look into getting a maid when they get back?
