Fleur De Lindsay!

Lindsay Lohan was snapped in Los Angeles earlier this afternoon, and while she looks a bit grumpy, her bright floral tank is definitely making us smile! After all the leggings and dark tunics Lilo wore this winter, it's so nice to see her busting out more colorful, summery ensembles.

Now, if we could work on that smile...
