Jackson's Mother Asks Court For Kids

Katherine Jackson has filed a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of Minors with the Los Angeles Superior Court, X17online has learned.
The petition asks that Katherine be appointed guardian of Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince Michael Jackson, II.
The petition states the children have "no relationship with their biological mother," Debbie Rowe.
No mother is listed for Jackson's youngest son, Prince a.k.a "Blanket."
"Minor children are currently residing with paterna grandmother. They have a long-established relationship with paternal grandmother and are comfortable in her care," the petition says.
UPDATE: The AP reports that the court has granted Katherine temporary guardianship. A hearing to determine whether or not it will become permanent will take place August 3rd.
