JacksonHadPulse.jpgMichael Jackson was warm to the touch and had a faint pulse when paramedics arrived at his Holmby Hills mansion, according to documents offered to X17online.

Although he had stopped breathing, Jackson's heart was still beating when a private physician began efforts to resuscitate the pop star.

"He just happened to find him in his bed, and he wasn't breathing," an attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray told the Associated Press. "Mr. Jackson was still warm and had a pulse."

The attorney also denied that his client prescribed or administered Demerol or Oxycontin to Jackson.

Paramedics were called to Jackson's mansion while the doctor performed CPR. In total, more than two hours was spent trying to save the singer.

Jackson was pronounced dead after being transported to UCLA Medical Center.
