Awwwww, the nasty weather certainly didn't rain on Alyson Hannigan's parade yesterday!

We caught the always chipper actress and her 2-month-old daughter out and about in Hollywood, and not only is Alyson looking absolutely fabulous, but we finally caught a peek at little Satyana's face.
