AWinehouseHorse02280.jpg A judge at the High Court in London granted Amy Winehouse's soon-to-be ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil with a divorce, though it was a "decree nisi," which means that the decree is not absolute. However, the divorce will be finalized unless "any cause to the contrary is shown within six weeks," according to CNN. At the end of that period, the judge will grant a "decree absolute," which will make the divorce official, and that is expected to take place around August 28.

Fielder-Civil was the one who filed for divorce, and various media outlets report that his attorney, Henri Brandman said "Amy's adultery" was the reason.

We're sure Amy can find a better guy than Blake, but how heavily will this weigh on her? After spending six months in St. Lucia, the troubled songstress seems to have cleaned up her act, so hopefully this drama won't affect any of that!
