On Monday, Katherine Jackson was appointed temporary administrator of her son's estate, after she stated that her son did not have a will, but now that the will has been filed, the executors listed in the document want control over Jackson's assets.

John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel are named as co-executors - Branca was Jackson's attorney, McClain is a music executive and Siegel was Jackson's former accountant. The three apparently asked the commissioner to nullify Katherine's power as temporary administrator so they could take over...

UPDATE:
The judge has ruled that Jackson's mother will remain the temporary administrator of his estate for the rest of the week, and another hearing will take place on Monday, July 6.
