Jackson Film Date Moved Up

Sony Pictures and Sony Music are moving the release date for Michael Jackson: This Is It to Wednesday, October 28 according to The Hollywood Reporter.Tickets will go on sale September 27, and the film will run for two weeks.
Disney pulled a similar move in February of 2008 when they released Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds, with the flick's limited engagement in bringing in impressive box office earnings.
