LeAnn Rimes was questioned by the police after she was involved in a misdemeanor hit and run in Brentwood yesterday evening around 7:30pm!

LeAnn's rep tells People, "There was a routine police investigation into this incident, and a police report was filed. We are confident that this matter will be resolved shortly and LeAnn will be cleared."
