I love Amanda Bynes. I really do. She's adorable, she's not a skanky drunken mess like certain other starlets and she's super sweet in person. HOWEVER, this outfit just isn't what you wear at Fashion Week in NYC! Maybe the dress she's hiding underneath this fug oversize blazer is cute, but I'd never know it!
