While she was in Las Vegas over the weekend, Britney Spears and her boys satisfied their sweet tooth at Mirage's Sugar Factory (Brit reportedly spent $3,000 at the candy shop!), but what really caught our attention was the man carrying her oldest son Sean Preston! That's no manny - it's her manager/fling Jason Trawick! So are these two back together, or is he just taking giving his star client the royal treatment?
