Mel's DUI Expunged From Record

After completing the terms of his three-year probation, Judge Lawrence Mira has now expunged Mel Gibson's DUI from his record after Mel's lawyer filed the papers late last month...
Guess Gibson must be pretty happy about that!
The actor was pulled over in Malibu back in July 2006 and, as you might recall, said some pretty obscene comments to the officers.
