Tara has told the world about her botched plastic surgery, and it was the nipple seen 'round-the-world a few years back when her doc's messy work was on full display during a wardrobe malfunction on a red carpet. But finally, we'll get to see the whole, nasty thing in the world's most famous T&A mag, according to In Touch Weekly.

Reid, 33, shot the spread last Wednesday at a private residence in Santa Monica. An insider tells ITW, “She was a bit insecure about her body when they first started. She looked great and finally got into the groove.”

Tara has been quoted as saying, in the past, "I know there are problems with my stomach. There are bumps on it, it's uneven, but it's not that bad. My stomach scars are my battle wounds." Yikes!
