Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg dined at Katsuya the other night, and while we're stunned to see Nicky wearing bright colors, we're even more surprised that these two haven't gotten engaged yet! Maybe someone's getting a sparkly rock as a stocking stuffer this year? It's about time!
