Police searched the Stuttgart home of Edis Kayalar last night, the man suspected of attempting to extort a hundred thousand dollars from Cindy Crawford over a photo of daughter Kaia "bound and gagged."

The German cops removed some evidence from the home (video below) but it's unclear whether or not they took the copy of the photo that Kayalar allegedly claimed to have.

Kayalar apparently stole the photo of Kaia from his acquaintance, Crawford's former nanny, who took the pic during a game of "cops and robbers." Kayalar allegedly asked for the hundred grand to keep the pic out of the press.

Criminal charges have been filed against Kayalar, who will face up to two years in jail if convicted.
