Aww poor Kourtney Kardashian! I'm sure she's delighted to be welcoming a little bundle of joy sometime in the next week, but she's got to be so uncomfortable right about now!

Yesterday we caught the super preggers reality star and her babydaddy getting lunch at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills, and we're thinking this might be one of her last public appearances...girlfriend is huge!
