Russell Brand arrived back in the states just in time to spend the holidays with his lady love, Katy Perry.

Over the weekend, Russ was spotted checking out engagement rings at Cartier in London, and when he arrived back in LA, our photog asked "Do you have a ring in that bag for Katy?"
