Rumer Willis hit up Voyeur last night - that's right, she turned 21 this past August so she's FINALLY legal - but on her way out, she looked like a deer caught in the headlights!
And I hate to say it, but I much preferred her hair darker and shorter. Sorry about it! Demi needs to give her daughter some fashion/beauty tips... am I right?
