The troubled songbird pleaded guilty in court today to charges of disorder and common assault after she attacked theater manager Richard Pound during a December 19 performance of Cinderella. Winehouse had reportedly downed five alcoholic beverages prior to the altercation, where she screamed insults at Pound and "grabbed his hair and pulled," according to court testimony.

Winehouse admitted that she had "lashed out," and the judge fined her $300 and gave her a conditional discharge, which mandates that she stay out of trouble for two years.
