Lady Gaga has brought back two very big things: Shoulder pads (hates it!) and hair bows. We def prefer the latter! As does Kelly Osbourne - she sported one while strolling around NYC during fashion week. Such a cute outfit, too! Kelly's seriously done a 180 and we love the look.
