We caught up with Michael Lohan outside of his hotel in Los Angeles yesterday, where he told us he has "no plans to marry" his friend and cross-country companion, Kate Major!

Michael said he was too busy "focusing on work" to worry about a new relationship, with a house he just bought in Atlanta, a cross-country trip for charity and a celebrity wrestling match in Las Vegas in May!
