Simon Cowell is engaged to makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, according to multiple sources for Us Weekly. Though the American Idol judge's reps said, "Simon does not discuss his private life," they didn't exactly issue a denial!

We spotted the couple out at Cecconi's last weekend, and they certainly looked over the moon about something, so we totally believe it!
