charlie230%20copy.jpgCharlie Sheen went before a judge today in Aspen, Colorado and entered a not-guilty plea on domestic violence charges.

The charges stem from a fight on Christmas Day between Charlie and his wife Brooke Mueller. Police say that Brooke alleges that the actor pinned her down at knifepoint and threatened to kill her. Sheen has denied these claims and says his wife has a problem with alcohol.

The 44-year-old actor will go back to work on the set of Two and a Half Men this week, but he will still be required to spend his evenings in rehab.

Sheen had been charged with felony menacing and two misdemeanors for assault and criminal mischief.

32-year-old Mueller is currently attending rehab in the couple's Los Angeles home while carrying for their twins. A three-day trial for Sheen is set to begin on July 21.
