We snapped Katie Holmes leaving the doctor's office in Beverly Hills this afternoon, and yet again she was wearing a very loose-fitting dress as she made her way back to her car. Is Katie starting a new spring trend with flowy tunics, or is she hiding a growing bump under there? I guess we'll find out soon enough!
