Lindsay Lohan has her calendar filled at Paris fashion week this year - we spotted her attending various shows on Monday (decked out in a fur coat) and later that night hanging out with pal Irina Lazareanu, Pete Doherty's ex girlfriend. Er, that doesn't sound good!
