Michael Lohan's Ex-Girlfriend Arrested!

Michael Lohan's ex, Erin Muller, has been arrested in Nassau County, NY for violating Lohan's order of protection.

Muller contacted Lohan by phone after the order was invoked AND admitted, on tape, that she lied to police about Michael hitting her in an attempt to have him arrested.

Lohan tells X17:

"When she [Erin] found out she was being arrested she and her Lawyer are trying to put together a press conference to continue with her lies and try to get the press she wanted through me and my family. If a press conference is done, we will come back with our own but our will be fortified with PROOF on form of tapes, documents, emails and a lot more."

And more there is ... Lindsay's dad alleged Muller had an abortion during their relationship -- without his knowledge!

Lohan alleges Muller has hacked into his computer to retrieve emails, has found ways to get access to his private text messages, and has even tapped into his phone to eavesdrop. He also claims Muller's attorney wrote a false legal document and "leaked" it to the press without ever filing it with the court. Lohan says it's Erin's attorney Bryan Konoski, who has pressured down a losing legal path and that if it weren't for him, none of this would have happened ...
